What is Heka Living Light?

Your session begins with an invitation to surrender. You'll be invited to lie comfortably on a mat with your eyes closed as you enter the Living Field. A carefully curated playlist creates a sacred container for the activation, with each piece of music intentionally chosen to support the unfolding of the Living Light and invite your body, heart, and mind into deeper presence and receptivity.
